About The Artist


Born and raised in Minnesota, but currently living in Philadelphia, PA. Alyssa received her Undergraduate Degree in Art Education from Minnesota State University of Moorhead and was a high school art teacher in Fargo, ND for three years. In 2016 she attended the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts where she completed her Masters Degree in Fine Art. She studied printmaking with an emphasis in Lithography, along with bookmaking and drawing. She was the Lithography Graduate Assistant in the print shop at PAFA where she helped Ron Wyffels print a collaborative edition by local Philly artist Tom Judd. She is currently an Adjunct Professor at Camden County College where she teaches an Art Appreciation course as well as assisting with the Lithography classes at PAFA.

In August of 2019 Alyssa will be heading to Albuquerque, NM where she will continue her studies in Lithography at the prestigious Tamarind Institute of Lithography’s Printer Training Program.
